Local Bicycle Shops

Here’s a list of local bicycle shops in Tokushima, Japan. Distances are from Tokushima Station. Most shops work on a wide range of bikes: road, gravel, mountain, city, and more. Each has its own focus and supports different brands and styles.Check their website or social media to see what suits you best.

Cafe Stops & Local Treats

These Terms govern your access to and use of Ride Tokushima’s website, digital routes, downloadable materials, physical merchandise (magazines, apparel, bags, mabs, etc.), photography, video editing, cycling guiding, and all related creative and professional services. They apply worldwide, with primary jurisdiction in Japan. This project is a personal, creative endeavor—it is provided “for fun” and “as-is” with no promise of professional or commercial standard.2. Definitions“Services”: All website functionality, digital products (e.g., GPX routes, e-guides), physical merchandise, creative content (photos, videos, designs), and professional services (photography, video editing, guiding) offered by Ride Tokushima.
“Content”: All text, images, graphics, logos, videos, designs, code, software, and other materials provided by Ride Tokushima.
“User-Generated Contributions”: Any content you submit (comments, reviews, photos, suggestions).
3. Eligibility & Acceptance
You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any future amendments. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance.
4. Description of Services
4.1 Digital Products & Routes
• Downloadable cycling routes (GPX, maps, descriptions) for self-guided adventures in Tokushima.
• Online guides and multimedia content.
4.2 Physical Merchandise
• Printed zines, magazines, T-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, stickers, mabs, and other branded items—offered in limited runs.
4.3 Creative & Professional Services
• Photography & photo editing
• Video production & editing
• Cycling guiding & route planning
• Digital media consulting
4.4 Service Changes
Ride Tokushima may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights & Prohibited Uses5.1 Ownership
All Content and any trademarks—Ride Tokushima, See You On The Road, logos, designs—are the sole property of Sean D. and are protected under Japanese and international IP laws.
5.2 Limited License
Ride Tokushima grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
5.3 Prohibited Uses
You shall not, without express written permission:
Reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Content.
Use any Content on third-party websites, social media, advertisements, or for branding.
Reverse engineer any software or digital tools.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
6. User Responsibilities & Assumption of Risk
6.1 Assumption of Risk
All routes and Services are provided “as-is”. You assume full responsibility for:
Your physical safety and wellbeing.
Verification of route conditions, terrain, and weather.
Proper equipment, maintenance, and protective gear.
Navigation, first-aid, emergency planning, and insurance.

7. Content License & User-Generated Contributions7.1 Your Submissions
By submitting any content (photos, text, reviews), you grant Ride Tokushima an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your submissions in connection with our Services.
7.2 Content Standards
You warrant that your contributions are lawful, original, and do not infringe third-party rights. Ride Tokushima may remove or refuse any contributions at its discretion.
8. Purchases, Orders & Payment8.1 Payment Processing
All purchases of digital or physical products are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You agree to provide valid payment information and to pay all fees.
8.2 Pricing & Changes
Prices (in JPY, USD, or as indicated) may be updated; material changes will be communicated in advance when possible.
8.3 Shipping & Returns
• International shipping, customs, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Return policies are specified per product; most sales are final given limited-edition nature.

You shall not publish or disseminate false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Ride Tokushima or its personnel.
12.3 Legal Remedies
Violations may result in:
Immediate termination of access
Cease-and-desist notices
Claims for damages under Japanese and applicable international laws
13. Unauthorized Use Enforcement
If any party—in Japan or abroad (including the United States)—uses Ride Tokushima’s photography, designs, logos, routes, or other Content without authorization, Ride Tokushima reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief, DMCA takedowns, damages, and attorney fees.14. Modifications, Interruptions & Termination14.1 Modifications
Ride Tokushima may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
14.2 Service Interruptions
We may suspend or discontinue Services for maintenance or other reasons without liability.
14.3 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for any violation of these Terms or at our discretion, without notice. Sections on IP, disclaimers, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the Tokushima courts, and you submit to personal jurisdiction there.
15.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to good-faith negotiation for 30 days before initiating litigation.
16. Miscellaneous ProvisionsSeverability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms (and any referenced policies) constitute the full agreement.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; Ride Tokushima may assign without notice.
